How to earn your $10.00 Customer Loyalty Card:
- Schedule a routine wellness examination appointment between the hours of 2:00pm and 4:00pm Monday through Friday. (Be sure to mention that you are joining us for "Happy Hour")
- Come to your appointment and pick up your $10.00 Customer Loyalty Card at check out.
- Card must be used at a future appointment within 90 days from receipt of the card.
- Client must have a zero balance on their account to earn a card.
- This offer expires June 30, 2012. Nichols Veterinary Services, PC may terminate the offer before that date.
