Terms and Conditions:
- This offer expires January 31, 2012. Nichols Veterinary Services, PC may terminate the offer before that date.
- Existing Client (Referrer) - will receive a Customer Loyalty Card in the mail after the new client completes their first transaction. We generally mail the cards within one week of the referee's appointment.
- New Client (Referee) - must not have been a client of Nichols Veterinary Services, PC anytime within the last three years to qualify as a new client.
- The $10.00 Customer Loyalty Card can be used toward any service or product at our office.
- The Card expires 90 days from date issued.
- Earn up to $120.00 for up to 12 referrals in a 12-month period beginning with the date of the first issued Customer Loyalty Card.
