	Services Surgery Our veterinarians perform surgeries, including elective surgeries, such as spays and neuters, and non-elective surgeries with state-of-the-art equipment and a skilled supportive staff. Surgeries are performed weekdays 8am to 10am. Check-ups Regular check-ups are necessary to keep your pet happy and healthy. When you bring your pet to Germantown Hills Animal Hospital for a check-up, your family friend will receive a complete physical examination and some extra love and attention from our caring staff members. Preventative Medicine With each office visit, we will educate you about the proper care and prevention for your pet. Some preventative medicine topics include heartworm, flea, periodontal disease, senior pet work-ups, and regular check-ups. Laboratory We offer in-house testing with the newest technology including LaserCyte blood analyzer, microscopic cytology, urinalysis, cultures, and fecal examinations. All these tests are completed right here with results in less than twenty-four hours which is invaluable in prevention and treatment of many illnesses. Pharmacy To serve our clients, prescriptions are filled quickly and conveniently right here at our clinic. We offer safe and effective products for your pet and it's environment. Our skilled staff can assist you in finding the best prevention and/or treatment for fleas, ticks, intestinal worms, and other parasites. Dentistry Brushing your pet's teeth regularly and feeding hard food will help keep your pet's teeth clean. However, if a dental is required, we provide ultrasonic scaling, polishing, fluoride treatment, and a professional application of plaque prevention gel to let your friend's pearly whites shine. Boarding Our tidy facility provides our clients' pets with 11 indoor roomy runs and many comfortable cages for a pleasurable stay at our "pet hotel". Air conditioning cools your family friends in the summer, and a heated floor warms them in the winter. We offer leash walking and discounted baths for our patrons. Science Diet is the meal of choice for our visitors. Favorite toys, beds, and blankets are welcome to help your pets feel at home. Training and Obedience We offer Puppy Kindergarten to start your puppy out on the right paw. The course is designed for puppies between the ages of 10-12 wks. which is the opportune time to socialize your puppy. Topics include housebreaking and other manners, basic care, handling, grooming, and beginning obedience (sit, down, come, and heel). Instructional material is based on Dr. Ian Dunbar's Sirius Puppy Training. Radiology X-ray and Ultrasound services are available right here at our facility. Cat Townhouses A unique alternative to cage boarding for our feline friends. They can lounge in luxury in one of our five level townhouses. Complete with four-post beds and separate dining and storage areas, these townhouses are sure to please your loved ones. The roomy townhouses can serve up to three cats per family.
